We literally went here to waste some time during a rainy day and got exactly that. The mall is mostly empty and many of the stores that were occupied were closed in the middle of the day.

The mall seems to be under construction. And it's been for a year. Half empty, nothing interesting, really. Nice piece of architecture. But, that's all. Big dissapointment. Time lost.

Beautiful to look at but still half empty inside. No problems parking and the stores they have are cute but pricey. They do have a Swatch store (don't have a lot of those here in Canada anymore!), where my friend and I each bought a watch (Pricing good there and no tax!).
Will go back when I return in November to see what new stores they have opened.

The mall is beautiful, but still under construction. Out of 4 levels, only 2 are open. Half of the stores on the 2 open levels are not open for business yet. Of the other half that were at least inhabited, many were closed for the day (on a Monday afternoon, around 1 pm). There was only one restaurant open at the food court, and it was expensive pizza. But the young man there was very nice, the pizza was pretty good, and everything looks new and clean and there is a beautiful view. We were just disappointed that we planned for a day of shopping and had about a dozen tiny stores (a few larger, very high end stores were open) to choose from. I'm sure it will be a great mall one day, but it looks like it will take some time to finish.
