We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom unit in December 2013.
The interior of the unit was great and fully equipped. The buildings on the outside looks much older than they are, due to the extensive lack of maintenance and mould all over the exterior stucco.
The pools were not very well maintained and the one we used didn't seem to get vacuumed at all during our entire stay. Beach in front of building is not good for swimming. We went to Mullet bay most days, it is an easy 10 minute walk.
The location is great as there is easy access to restaurants and supermarkets if you have a car. There is a Marche that you can walk to, but it will take a good 20 minutes.
Security was provided at beach and entrance at front, which is necessary as there are many reports of increased crime against tourists on the island.
We would return but they really must do something about the exterior appearance of the building!
