It's not easy planning a driving tour of Ireland for 14, when you know a good location, a great meal and secure parking is required.
Having driven around Beara Peninsula and then Dingle we needed somewhere to stay that met the brief, this was ideal with great views and Sammys restaurant (part of the guesthouse) just down the road where we had a fantastic evening - good food and drink and entertained by a local band and poet.
Then to wake up and go for stroll on this huge expansive beach before breakfast was ideal.

We just stayed here a week ago for just one night and boy do I wish it we could have stayed longer!! The location is is right up the road from the beach with stunning views! The picturesque views of the mountains backdropping the beach are incredible. Its a short drive down to Dingle too. Our room was very large, very clean, comfortable and well quipped with everything we needed. We even had 4 bottles of water waiting for us! More than any hotel chain I've ever stayed. The sea view rooms were great but just as an FYI the windows are small. Didn't bother us at all though! You could open them and allow the fresh breeze to flow through the room. It was lovely! The breakfast at the Guesthouse was fantastic and is the breakfast room overlooks the beach with great views. Sammy's restaurant (down the street) was by far the best food we had while in Ireland! The seafood chowder was to die for. Everyone we encountered during our stay was sooooooo very kind!! We will surely be back to Inch Beach and for a longer stay next time! Thank you for a great first stay ever in Ireland - it left a fantastic impression.

Room Tip: Get a sea view room!

A slice of Heaven in Inch Beach. A stunning view from the room and an amazing staff are just two of the reasons why you should spend a night in this incredible place. The rooms have any comfort and a great breakfast will let you start your day in the best way! At breakfast time i felt as my mom was looking after me, i'm vegan and when i asked for something vegan to the owner, her answer was: "no problem we can cook some vegan PANCAKES for you with melted banana and soy milk". Wow wow wow! A super incredible vegan breakfast in the middle of nowhere? If everything was ok for a vegan, try to imagine what kind of breakfast could you have (continental, irish, english). Thanks for everything!!!

We spent one of 3 nights exploring the Ring, Dingle & Beara Peninsulas - a great location off the main road. We loved being so near to the impressive Inch Beach and walking along it the evening of our arrival and in the morning before our departure. As others have stated, the views of the sea from the property are outstanding and the Irish breakfast was ample and tasty. Inch
Our room had no window - just a skylight that opened, but we could make out a very pretty sunset even from there. It was difficult to make use of the little tea-making service with the limited space, but we managed.

In the lovely little hamlet of Inch lies this beautiful B&B. It's an impeccable place with and one of the CLEANEST I have ever stayed in. The shower was one of the best I've had in Ireland these last two weeks! Though the weather was horrid, I was able to relax in the solarium and enjoy the views of the sea. As other TA reviewers have noted, Internet at this place is DISMAL. Breakfast was very good--the usual heavy Irish meal.

The house has a fantastic view on the whole bay, where the skies are constantly changing. Ideal for surfers, the waves are good here. The beach pub is 3 minutes walk and serves great food, has a surf shop, a little super market and souvenirs. It's busy all the time.
Rooms are not very cheap, but definitely value for money. Big beds and good showers. The only down is that internet however is very slow, if it works at all.
There is a nice living room with a gas fireplace and comfi couches, plus that great view.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with hot water, which was really well taken care of.

Thank you for your kind review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and views.
Yes the hot water boiler had to be replaced, so everything is back in order again.
We are aware our wifi is slow and we are trying to resolve this. We do have wifi
also freely available in our cafe/restaurant on the beach, with this we do not have
any connection problem thankfully. Thank you, Iris.

The location of this property is perfectly situated along a ring road, so that when you sit in the breakfast area or sitting room, you can see waves coming in and crashing up against the rocks below. Even in bad weather it's a pleasant sight. The room itself was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was large and the showerhead was high with good water pressure. The "traditional Irish breakfast" is excellent, and I'd love to know where they get their ham; it's not quite bacon and not quite ham but it is very tasty! The coffee is great too, made with a percolator by the looks of the dregs.
Only one thing stuck out, and that was the uniformity of the wifi coverage. In the sitting room/reception area it was fine but in the room it cut out in parts.
I booked this with a getaway with my fiancee and we both really enjoyed it, and would absolutely come back.
