If you're looking for a sunny and warm get-away, then Guadeloupe is the perfect destination for you. The climate throughout the year is warm, warm, and more warm. Winter highs average in the mid 80s, while winter lows average in the upper 60s. During the summer, the temperature is just slightly warmer, with average highs in the low 80s and average lows in the mid 70s. Precipitation for the most part occurs evenly over the year. That said, the dry season lasts from December through May. The rainy season, June through November, coincides with the hurricane season, which culminates in September.
Because the weather is gorgeous throughout the year in Guadeloupe, for the most part any time of the year is a great time to visit the West Indies. However, you will probably want to avoid travel to the region in September, when the hurricane season is usually at its strongest.
