Canterbury Information desk is located in the Beaney Museum on the High Street. There is also a side entrance on Best Lane.

The Canterbury Information reception has a limited range of free information on local attractions, local events and public transport. 

Also you are able to purchase tickets for the City Museums, the Beaney memberships and the City Wakling Tours, which lasts up to 90-minute organised by Canterbury Tourist Guides.

Within the Beaney, are its cafe THE KITCHEN and the galleries. There is a selection of merchandise for souvenirs and gifts of the Museum and its exhibitions.
