Henley has a What's On guide included in the town's Visitor website www.visit-henley.com which lists details of events and activities taking place in the town. The Visitor's Information Centre which is based in the Town Hall is a good source of local events and information.

What's on guide for Henley

Henley's obvious attraction is the River Thames, which runs alongside the town towards London. Most visitors enjoy a walk in either direction along the towpath, either along Mill and Marsh Meadows and up to Marsh Lock, where you can watch boats going through, or past Leander Club and out towards Aston, although this is a much longer walk.

The River and Rowing Museum at Mill Meadows is a great way to spend some time, with displays on rowing and the history of the river, with interactive exhibits to keep children interested. The museum also has visiting exhibitions.
