Bradford has a variety of museums, and there's something for everyone. 

Bradford Industrial Museum: Based in the Eccleshill area of Bradford (3 miles from city centre), this is a great attraction focused on the 18th and 19th century industry here.  See terraced houses, horses, mill demos etc.  There is lots to do and see and special events and attractions throughout the year.

Cliffe Castle Museum: The former residence of local textile baron H.I. Butterfield, the Cliffe Castle Museum now hosts a variety of exhibits and is a great place to take the kids.  The grounds and the building itself are also quite impressive.

National Media Museum / National Museum of Photography, Film and Television: Interested in media?  With collections of photography, film, and television equipment, as well as a huge media archive, this is the place for you.  There are also numerous special events and exhibitions and an IMAX theatre.

STUDIO@: Great little studio theatre in Little Germany (5 minutes walk from the station)  The theatre has a great range of plays and a particular focus on new writing. 

Bradford Playhouse:  Fantastic little theatre and bar offering some of the best music and theatre entertainment in bradford. (5 mins walk from the station and the city centre) check out the website for up to date events.
