Opal Lounge 51 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2HT You can eat here and keep the booth for the rest of the night. Be warned, though - it's very noisy so not the place to go for an intimate dinner. Food is decent at a reasonable price. There are several different rooms and it's one of the most happening places in the New Town. Go before 11pm to avoid having to queue.
