This walk at Carsaig is in the opposite direction to the usual difficult one to the arches.
Follow the signs to Carsaig from the main road and park at the pier and walk to the left signed to The Library. This walk is fairly easy, flat walking although hiking boots are useful. The walk takes you through moss covered birch trees with views out to sea. The woods open out onto the rugged path under the towering cliffs where if you are lucky you might see the herd of wild goats.
This walk can take you around the headland to Loch Buie where you can make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, grab an homemade cake in the Old Post Office honesty box shop.
