Malaga Street Markets

Many tourists like to visit street markets to find bargains in food and clothes. They can be enjoyed but one has to be very aware that there are pickpockets at these street markets, although the police also have undercover agents watching for them.

1. Cortijo de Torres

Location: Fairgrounds. Take the No. 4 bus from the Alameda Principal.

Day: Sunday, 10-15H.

This is the biggest in Malaga with 300 stalls. 

2. Huelin

Location: Corner of Avenida de Juan XXIII and Avenida de Europa.

Days: Wednesday and Saturday, 10-15H.

Look at Google Maps to see where they are located.

There are 170 stalls.

3. Mercadillo de El Palo

El Palo - Plaza Virgen de la Milagrosa

Saturday morning.

There are 55 stalls.
