Prikið used to be the oldest continuously running traditional coffeehouse on the street, but caters now to a younger clientele. A 50s-style diner during the day and a nightclub on weekends. It can become very crowded as it's only a small place.

NOTE: Due to the lack of Icelandic font characters, the name is misspelt. It should be Prikið (pronounced Prikith).

Lovely atmospheric cafe with downstairs and upstairs seating with view over main shopping street. Close to tourist areas, harbour and shops.

Excellent food, excellent service. Very reasonable prices compared with other restaurants in area.

Wide selection of food - pizzas, burger, nachos, soups, main meals (chicken dishes etc). Two daily specials - excellent value with soft drink included. Coffees, milkshakes, full range of alcoholic drinks.
