St Georges Bay Malta,  Nice location and easy to get around Malta from. Have to say, nothing of outsanding beauty or of historical interest in the area though. But don't let this put you off staying there ! There are bus stops outside the hotels in St. Georges Bay that bring you to most areas in Malta for a few euros. It's a quite relaxing place. It's easy to hire a boat and jet ski's, if you want to exploring.  Hire a boat from outside a  Hotel and head off to the Blue Lagoon. Stay in The Corinthia Palace, St. Georges Bay, would highly recommend it. Fantastic staff,  it's not in the hustle bustle of a noisey town.

St . Georges Bay is a small sandy beach that is very well kept and has all the amenities you need .

The Blue Elephant restraunt (voted the most romantic restaurant in Malta (and it deserves the title) is only a 20 min pleasant walk from St. Georges Bay. Paceville is close by, again a pleasant 15 min walk along the sea front  it has a buzzing nightlife, worth popping into just to soak up some of atmosphere. Paceville also has a selection of shops. Theres a pub that gives free Salsa dancing classes some evening on the walk from St. Georges Bay into Paeville.  A taxi to Mdina from St. Georges Bay costs only a couple of euros.
