Cielo is located at the Ventana Inn & Spa in the quaint, laid-back town of Big Sur.  Our favorite way to dine here is out on the back patio where you will have sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean below.  Executive Chef Anthony Calamari serves upscale California cuisine.  There are many appetizers, entrees and desserts from which to choose from.

 My personal favorites are the White Wine Braised Rabbit or the Peppercorn Seared Ahi Tuna.  Creme Brulee for desset is perfectly prepared.  Cielo is open daily for lunch from 12-3:30 and for dinner from 6-9.  A meal here will be satisfying and the views are out of this world.
