A visit to the Labrador Nature Reserve This is a nature park under the jurisdiction of NParks Singapore. Located near the sea at Telok Blangah this littoral park is worth a visit. It is also a good place for cycling. There is a large car park and parking is not a problem. You can look across the sea to view Pulau Bukom. In this park are also statues of British soldiers as this was the place where the Malay Regiment fought the Japanese during World War II. There are also tunnels left behind since the war. Admiral Cheng Ho also landed here long ago. You can see the tall trees with very beautiful flowers especially the Barringtonia asiatica . The Labrador Park MRT station is the nearest station if you want to visit this nature park. You can view my video on the website: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZ2pUE...
