Visitors flying to Karachi will arrive at the Jinnah International Airport, also known as the Karachi Airport or the Jinnah Terminal.   Numerous international airlines provide service here, including Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa and Egypt Air.  Car rental is available and taxis are readily available at the taxi stand outside of the terminal 24 hours a day.  Other airport services include restaurantsduty free shopping and banking services including ATMs and currency exchange.

Although Karachi has a few large ports, they are used for cargo and other commercial purposes.  Tourists do not arrive by boat.

Karachi is located on the National Highway connecting it to Hyderabad via the M-9 Motorway or the N-5 Highway.  The distance between these two major cities is about 140 km.

The Pakistan Railway also provides service between Karachi and several other large and small cities in Pakistan and India.
