RT's Restaurant was established in 1985 by Ralph T. Davis, therefore the name RT's. It's an unpretencious establishment with service and quality of food that makes you think you are dining in one of the United States most fancy restaurants; they offer fine dining experience with American faire that specializes in Cajun and Creole.

Some of the favorite appetizers include the Jack Daniels Shrimp, Shrimp and Crawfish Beignets, Horseradish Fried Oysters, Fried Calamari with a spicy remoulade sauce, and She Crab Soup. Popular entrees are the Pecan Crusted Fish (with varying the choices of fish) and RT's Special Crab (all Jumbo Lump Crab Meat); the Gumbo is definately a winner,  as are the Shrimp Norman (fried shrimp smothered with lump crabmeat and etouffee sauce with rice). At the top of the dessert list is the Macademia White Chocolate Cream Brulee. They also offer a well- thought-out wine list
