Fife'n Drum Restaurant  opened in 1972 and has been a favorite of locals ever since.

French, Italian, and American favorites can be found on the menu in addition to Chateaubriand, Rack of Lamb, Filet au Poivre, and other delicacies.  

The old-fashioned inn-like decor features candlelit elegance, fireplaces, and artwork by the late artists Eric Sloane and David Armstrong.  Dolph Traymon plays the piano nightly.  Closed on Tuesdays.
