Surfside has been an all time favorite Dade County City. It still maintains the magic of the 50's and 60's.

In the 60's & 70's it was the Singapore Hotel and the Americana Hotel. Sheldons Drug Store and Fay Potter.  Maggie's and Young Spphisticates.

In the 80's, Surfside continued to maintain its small town feel. The Greek restaurant was the only place to eat. People in Surfside did not mind, they loved their home.

The town of Surfside is still basically the same, although it has become a destination for good eats.

Adriana's on Harding Avenue.  Great reviews of this Peruvian restaurant have been whispered throughout the latin american community.  "The latest addition to the Surfside GOOD EATS."  Eating there tonight.

The Food Gang is another option, although it gets mixed reviews from the locals.
