Visitors can get to Tallahassee via plane, bus or car.

By plane: Tallahassee International Airport (TLH) is located ten miles southwest of downtown Tallahassee.  American Airlines, Delta and Silver Airways fly into TLH. Daily direct flights are available to Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Tampa. Rental cars may be obtained at the airport from the big names in rental car service provision including Avis, Hertz, Enterprise and National.   Shuttles, busses, taxis and limousines are also available at the airport for those travelers who don’t drive and need to get to their hotels.


By bus:  The Greyhound Bus Station in Tallahassee is located at 112 W. Tennessee Street. Red Bus and Megabus also have routes through Tallahassee.

By car:  The main highway which gets you to Tallahassee is I-10.  From I-10, most drivers will take US-27.  A local street map should make it easy to navigate your way around Tallahassee once you have arrived.  Drivers should check local weather conditions when traveling to Tallahassee, especially during hurricane season, as roads are often affected by weather conditions.  More information can be found at.
