The Joshua L. Chamberlain Museum celebrates Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, the Civil War General, hero of the Battle of Gettysburg and other engagements, past Governor of Maine, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient and former President of Bowdoin College. The museum includes a collection of Chamberlain artifacts from the Civil War.
