Andina    on NW Glisan

Andina is a  stylish and lively Peruvian restaurant that serves food that is both delicious and beautifully presented. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

They won the Oregonian newspaper award as Restaurant of the Year in 2005. Gourmet magazine wrote that you can "sip a Pisco Sour and sway to the Latin music and discover sophisticartion in traditional Peruvian fare".

Diners are first confronted with an extensive drink menu with some of the most unusual cocktails in Portland. The dinner menu is divided in two. On the left side are tapas plates which can be ordered in three different sizes. On the right side are entrees. Though innovative and unique, the menu is comfortable for both the adventurous and eaters who prefer a more meat & potatoes approach to dining. Some of the specialities of the house are marinated octopus, scallops and squid , fried quinoa crusted shrimp and ceviche. On the other hand, steaks, braised lamb shanks and marinated pork chops are also house specialties.
