The “Red City” of Marrakesh is a magical place, brimming with markets, gardens, palaces, and mosques. Exploring the intimate courtyards and snaking alleyways of the historic Medina can easily eat up a day. Find inner peace at the serene Jardin Majorelle or take in the beauty of one of the city’s historic mosques (taking note that, unless you are Muslim, you are not allowed to enter).

We were very excited for this tour and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Every bit of it; the delicious spots, the intricate details of the city beautifully told by Youssef, and the amazing time we had walking around. The food we had was a new experience for us as we wouldn’t have been able to try it in any restaurant on our own. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is eager to get to know Marrakech in a rich and deeply cultured way. Youssef guided us so well and answered all of our questions, and we felt it was the best way to close up out visit to Marrakech!

Great day out! Ahmed and Rashid were great guides. Camel ride was fun. It was really interesting to hear about the Berber culture, and the mountains and waterfall were picturesque. Rashid also took great photos for us!

Everyone has a dream to visit the Sahara Desert on a camel. We made our dream come true with a wonderful tour from Marrakech to Fez. A very comfortable ride with our excellent driver and guide Hakim. There was everything: mountains, gorges, a pass and the golden sands of the Sahara Desert. We saw the starry sky and the sunrise in the sands. Those who have never ridden a camel should definitely try it - how it climbs the dune and especially descends 😀.

We had a great time, the whole trip was very well planned and our tour guide Hesham was super friendly, helpful and professional. We had amazing photos and great views! We lived and learned a lot about the local people and the nomads, we loved the experience! Riding a camel through the Sahara is incredible! 1000% recommend!

Known as the safari capital of Africa, Nairobi is an energetic, modern city that serves as a fascinating introduction to both wildlife and nightlife. Music clubs pulse with life, shops and markets bustle, and a mélange of restaurants will tempt your palate in this former Maasai watering hole. Top sights include the Karen Blixen Museum, Giraffe Centre and the black rhinos of Nairobi National Park. The compact city centre is safe to walk in and taxis make other areas accessible.

Mauritius is arguably Africa’s wealthiest destination, a tropical paradise with tons to do. Port Louis, the modern capital of this 38-mile by 29-mile island, is a bustling port with a revitalized waterfront and a busy market. But most visitors gravitate toward resort areas such as Mont Choisy, quiet Trou-aux-Biches and the more bustling Flic en Flac, popular with scuba divers. Rivière Noire is ideal for those looking for great deep-sea fishing.

The Zanzibar Archipelago, located in the Indian Ocean 15 miles off the coast of Tanzania, is a breathtaking spot to escape from the world. You’ll enjoy clear, turquoise-blue water; shallow sandbars perfect for wading; and many small, nearly deserted islands virtually unvisited by tourists. Explore the World Heritage Site of Stone Town, Zanzibar City’s old quarter. Or just go beach to beach between tiny fishing villages—each one's better than the next.

Cape Town glistens at the southern toe of the African continent. Tourist brochure-views at Blaauwberg Beach and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens are within easy driving distance of "The Mother City." The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve provides sweeping sea vistas, hiking trails and wildlife encounters. On a more somber note, travellers can visit Robben Island, the prison where Nelson Mandela was held for 27 years.

Inhabited since the 11th-century, what is now Kigali has been the home of Twas, Tutsis and Hutus. The city sits on a series of verdant ridges and lush valleys, and has a Muslim Quarter and a bustling market. Rwanda's capital is the site of battles that left over a million, mostly Tutsi and moderate Hutus, dead. Kigali Memorial Centre is a permanent memorial to 1994's Genocide, built on a mass grave where 250,000 are buried. Kigali City Tour Bus offers an excellent introduction to this now safe, friendly city.

The Cape Verdean island of Sal is all about the beach, baby. White sand stretches along glassy turquoise waters—perfect for a lazy day of sunning or some heart-pumping watersports. Snorkelers and divers will find plenty of tropical fish, turtles, and dolphins to look at. On dry land, kids (and grownups!) will marvel at the Terra Boa mirage, an optical illusion that conjures a peaceful-looking lake in the middle of a large, flat plain.

Livingstone is more than just a pitstop for Victoria Falls—it's a destination in its own right. The town has an old-world charm that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Brush up on your Zambian history at the Livingstone Museum and grab some samosas from a street vendor for the full experience. And if you need some more adventure, it's never too far. Take a sunset cruise down the Zambezi River or go on a safari to learn about the natural wildlife and environment. Then there's Victoria Falls, of course, where you can choose to get soaked at the bottom or venture out to the edge of Devil's Pool.

The Seychelles largest and main island, Mahe is home to the capital of Victoria and about 70,000 people (almost 90% of the nation's total). Still, the island retains its idyllic beauty, with 3,000-foot mountains and scores of gorgeous beaches. Many plants, including the so-called Jellyfish Tree and several rare orchids, are unique to Mahe's shores. The Seychelles Natural History Museum, the Botanical Gardens and the Codevar Craft Centre, all in Victoria, are not to be missed.

Stretched along the Atlantic Ocean, Ghana's most populous city boasts glittering beaches, monumental buildings, museums, libraries, galleries, traditional markets and lively nightlife. Accra's architecture reflects its colonial history, with 17th century castles standing alongside modern skyscrapers. A veritable melting pot of cultures, the city's central financial and shopping districts contrast sharply with the less affluent residential areas surrounding the urban core.
