- The Ikos team , amazing . Vasia is the most natural approach with customer service . We had a situation with very noisy toddlers and it was sorted.. wow we left with a huge smile …. 😊 thank you and colleague Sarah werealso really helpful and supportive . Sia ( sommelier) for seeking out wines we loved and looking after us all so well . Fabulous wine tasting .. so informative… met the F&B manager Polly so welcoming …. Anna Marie seasons so friendly and attentive . Adrian and Maria Deluxe bar making lovely cocktails and service .. remembered us from last time .. Also Natalie beach bar a lovely welcome back … Housekeeping for sorting the rooms out so beautifully done …. We did give a recognition .. not sure how tips work All the Ikos team are truly amazing … when we had a problem it was turned around with absolute service . As we are usually a large group it’s important issues are addressed not left to fester which is amazing the way Ikos are so positive and genuine . @Sunshine49578836143Reviewed January 2025 - A rather late review from our stay at Andalusia at the end of October/beginning of November 2024. As returning guests, our expectations were already set very high but once again our stay here was first class and if possible, exceeded that of our other visits. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Miguel with a glass of bubbly and seated outside in the beautiful sunshine at the Lobby Bar. Miguel was very informative about the resort, although as we had visited on a number of other occasions our check in was brief, efficient, friendly and carried out with a great sense of humour. We were informed that our room may not be ready until 3.00 pm but that everything possible would be done to facilitate availability as soon as possible. We therefore, decided to go for a late brunch at the Beach Club which serves breakfast until midday, and were informed by midday that our room was in fact ready. Miguel showed us to our room, having originally requested our favourite block, we were delighted to be offered an upgrade from Superior Sea View Room to Sea View Junior Suite - our room was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for us, being close to the sea but so peaceful and quiet. As we previous stays, our stay at Andalusia was faultless. From the food, beverages, service, facilities and not least the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure that all guests expectations are met and exceeded - we cannot thank you enough for making our holiday everything we expected and hoped for. Restaurants - try them all. It is impossible to have a favourite, the food is divine in them all and the service outstanding. Perhaps our favourite for breakfast being "the beach club" and our favourite for lunch "Chiringuito". Otherwise, try as many as the other restaurants, for dinner, as you can. Also the dine out experience in Estapona is definitely worth booking - a lovely restaurant located in the most beautiful square and Estapona is stunning at night. All the staff are, without exception, outstanding. However, I would like to mention just a few for making our stay extra special :- Miguel - Front Desk, our check in and check out were seamless, efficient and made us feel heartwarmingly at home again. Thank you. Ioannis - Fresco's, truly wonderful service combined with a lovely personality, keeping our wine glasses topped up whilst sharing his love of his home country, Corfu - another one of our Ikos highlights. Meriem - housekeeping (Block 7) My, oh my - this lady is truly amazing. It took her all of one day to work out our schedule. As if by magic, every evening, whilst we were at dinner, our room would be turned down and fresh towels supplied for our return. This lady did not miss a beat. Provence - unfortunately we cannot recall his name, but we had a wonderful Chilean wine waiter, who had wonderful knowledge of the wines on offer. Bike Hire - thank you for recommending an E Bike (at extra cost) for my partner. This enabled us both to cycle to Estapona and in fact we clocked up 20 miles, without this suggestion we would not have been able to cycle on this visit. Tesla Hire - again the lady who arranges and organises the car hire is delightful; she is full of recommendations for places to visit and even whilst obviously very busy takes time to ensure that you are comfortable driving a Tesla and know the best places to go. Thank you. Finally but by no means least. DIMITRA SPANOU, one very special young lady who has taken the time to get to know us and taking note of our preferences. Dimitra quietly and efficiently ensured that our holiday at Andalusia was absolute perfection. Thank you Dimitra - you make us feel that we are coming home when we visit Andalusia, for us you and Andalusia hold a special place in our hearts. We look forward to returning at the end of March.

Stayed for 10 nights at Ikos Andalucía, and the range diverse dining experiences at a resort was the best I've had, especially as someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free. Special thank you to exemplary service and care from Lenka, our F&B concierge who helped with my reservations and dietary requirements every single day! Also to mention Alex at Seasons, and Natalia at The Beach Club for all the green juices and being super helpful. Huge compliments to all the chefs and catering team for such exquisite and tasty food and for the allergen menus - best i've seen so far. There are soo many pools to choose from, for adults, kids, everyone and secluded ones. The breakfast options are amazing. You can go to many restaurants for breakfast to mix things up. I loved Ouzo as their chia-seed pudding and acai bowls were beyond gorgeous for a great start to the day. Flavors buffet was incredible, with so many options clearly labelled – from fresh chia seed pudding made with almond and soya milk to individually wrapped gluten-free cakes, bread, cereals, and freshly squeezed juices. The food across all restaurants was outstanding: the prawns at the beach restaurant cooked with garlic and chilli were unforgettable, the babaganoush at Chiringuitos was fresh smokey and full of flavour, and the superfood salad at Seasons was hands down one of the best salads. Every detail in every part of the resort felt thoughtful, modern, and luxurious, and the staff were so accommodating and knowledgeable about dietary needs. The only one thing is, whilst there's a beach its very windy and stoney, so I didnt go for a swim in tbe sea once during the stay as a) sea was way too cold in Sept and b) too stoney to swim in. There was loads of kite surfers and it was fab to watch from Seasons (the Deluxe restaurant). Also days or evenings out in Estapona are a must! You get 1 x 3 course meal & bottle included to dine out, plus its a lively and very authentic old town with lovely shops, and theres a shuttle bus daily to take you there and collect you. I did go to the gym and do hiit and yoga/pilates classes and the gym equipment is beyond epic. The trainers are all excellent too. The machines are modern and have all these tech features on like the weights and running machine. They have small ikos branded waters in there and towels. You also get a Tesla for the day to go into town. (Didn't get time to do it though!) It was my first time staying in an IKOS resort and I'm so impressed that I'd definitely look to stay at other resorts in the future.

We went Deluxe and had a one Bedroom sea view suite with a huge balcony overlooking the Deluxe Pool and the Sea. Room 5310. The extras being Deluxe was worth it, we booked all our al a carte restaurants for each night before we arrived at our preferred time. Anaya for dinner was our favourite and Seasons for Breakfast and lunch was perfect. Brilliant service at the Deluxe Pool, team always went and got our preferred wine each day and got to know our preferences really quickly. There is a boardwalk going all the way to Estepona right in front of the resort, it’s flat and great for running, I ran 5-10k most mornings and it’s also an easy cycle (tip book a bike with a front basket for your bits and pieces, not all of them has one). Small Gym which is quiet, all equipment is Technogym. We had the upgraded Tesla for the day and went to Mijas and Cabopino, not too far both lovely places. Suite was beautiful, spacious and had every amenity you could wish for. Full bath, big shower, double sinks, etc. Coffee machine was well used, used the hand held steamer daily for clothes. Super comfy huge bed. Tattinger on arrival and our bar was restocked with our favourites daily. We left a daily note for housekeeping re our requests. We weren’t that keen on the main bar and used the reception bar mostly. As always only top line spirits. Entertainment was fun but you don’t go to IKOS for the night life. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. We used the WhatsApp a lot to make sure our preferred wines and cocktails were available. The wine tasting was excellent, Overall It’s pricey but it’s worth it and we’ve rebooked (again).

The garden room was so lovely, the food and drinks were incredible and we all enjoyed the heated pools! We were very lucky with the warm weather, but we honestly cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend this gorgeous place!
