The condo has a large pool and deck, with 1 bedroom and bathroom, a sunken living room and dining, with kitchen and laundry opening onto an enclosed back patio, all on the ground floor. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, walk in closets and bathrooms. The complex is gated and has security.
