This recently developed ground floor apartment forms part of 'Casa Oliva' situated in 2.5 acres of its own grounds surrounded by Pine, Olive and Almond trees. Located between the traditional Spanish villages of Parcent and Benichembla with breathtaking mountain views. This area is renowned for walking, cycling, mountain climbing, photography etc. and with beaches only 30 minutes away, it is the ideal location for any of the mentioned activities or for a relaxing holiday. The totally self-contained apartment has been finished to a high standard, with two light and airy en-suite bedrooms, bedroom 1 can be set up either as a super King or 2 single beds ( please specify before arrival ) bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. There is no interior access to the owners' accommodation above the apartment. The accommodation is ideal for up to 4 guests. The gardens and 10 x 5 metre swimming pool are for guests exclusive use. Myself and my wife and our cat live in the upstairs apartment, but whilst guests are here Kevin & Clair the owners, do not use any of the outside spaces, i.e. Pool, terrace, garden areas etc, so guests have complete privacy, however, we are on hand should you need any help or advice on the local area etc. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VT-452976-AMore

About the neighbourhood
Parcent is located in the Val de Pop valley within the district of the Marina Alta. It is 50kms from Benidorm 88 km from Alicante, 105 km from Valencia and 23 km from Denia. We are approx 2 kilometers of local villages with bars and restaurants and local shops. The almond blossom, usually around mid/ late February is particularly impressive. This area is ideal for walkers with plenty of spectacular views, routes can ba taken on relatively flat tracks or for the more adventurous up into the surrounding mountains, the routes up the Coll de Rates offer incredible vistas, including views of the island of Ibiza on a clear day.
