Comfortable house with garden bordering the Seine.
Friendly helpful owners. Super location by the river so we were kept amused 'boat spotting' - small cabin cruisers, river cruise ships and medium to blooming big container ships! Surprisingly easy access via bridge and car ferries meant the coast, Rouen, Le Havre, Honfleur, Etretat etc were easily within reach and we even managed a day trip to Mont-st-Michel and another to Giverny. Lots of local Abbeys to visit and plenty of restaurants to pick from in and around Jumieges.
Two of the bedrooms, a toilet and shower room downstairs really good for my 90 year old mum but she had to tackle the stairs for the only bath which was locked away from us initially.
Wi-fi only worked for first couple of days but owners tried hard to get it fixed, luckily I'd taken guide books (AA keyguide to Normandy and Insight guide to Northern France).
Excellent holiday.

Won't unlock 3rd bathroom & inadequate hot water not very helpful owners
Owner wouldn't unlock 3rd bathroom, despite being advertised as having 2 family bathrooms and I shower room,1tank of hot water per day for a house that sleeps 8 people totally inadequate make sure you shower quick or not enough hot water for everyone to shower, downstairs bedrooms shutters not working so unable to close at night told owner and he just shrugged his shoulders, you pay for towels and get 1 medium towel per person for two weeks, and no change of bed linen, owners attitude arrogant and very disappointing, it's a lovely house in a lovely position let down by the owners attitude, I would not recommend this property

GROSSE DECEPTION
Nous sommes arrivés dans un terrain de camping (non spécifié sur l'annonce);
Les jeux d'enfants étaient inexistants. Suite à un contrôle, ils ont du être démontrés (non aux normes) et non remplacés...Rien de proposer en échange.
Maison non entretenue en tout point. Barrière du jardin qui est total HS et qui ne ferme pas (avec 3 enfants et un chien...) Ménage non (ou mal) fait (miettes ds les tiroirs, nombreuses toiles araignées, aspirateur et balai horribles, balai wc hors d'usage, volets dégondés, chaise bébé poussiéreuse et toiles d'araignées, fuite du toit qui arrive dans un saut en cas de pluie...)
Pas de communication avec M. Grain. Trop cher pour la prestation. Les photos ne sont plus actuelles (et sont persuasives) ! Seul point correct : le jardin (sans parler du salon de jardin hors d'âge et sans parasol, ni transat.
