At the front of the cottage is a private off road parking space. Once through the front door you will enter the lounge, tastefully furnished with it's heavily beamed ceiling, quality furniture and 32' Panasonic HD TV, flagstone floor and very impressive walk-in inglenook fireplace, incorporating a cast iron wood burning stove for cosy nights in!! To one side of the lounge you have a small dining room and to the other is the inner hall, leading to the downstairs toilet and utility room. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with quality units, a fan assisted electric oven, four burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and small breakfast bar with stools. Finally the original Elm staircase leads you to the spacious bedroom with its wealth of exposed ceiling timbers and brickwork, built-in wardrobe, 24' Panasonic TV, King size bed and en-suite shower room fitted with quality sanitary ware.
