This delightful cottage is conveniently situated in the Waveney Valley on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder enabling guests to explore the best both counties have to offer. Upon entering the hallway guests will notice the stylish and neutral decor which is mirrored throughout the cottage. Off the hallway is a lounge with comfortable sofas and chair arranged around a delightful wood burner which creates a cosy atmosphere in which to enjoy watching a film on the TV/DVD or settle down with your favourite book. The kitchen/dining room offers a great place to dine with everything needed to test any culinary skills,double electric oven and hob,microwave,fridge,freezer and so guests don’t waste any valuable holiday time on the dishes,a handy dishwasher. A dining table with bench seating and chairs is found in the dining area along with a TV/DVD. Completing the downstairs is a useful utility room with second fridge/freezer,washing machine and tumble dryer,a separate WC and a rear hallway which is ideal for cleaning down any muddy boots or paws. Ascending the staircase to the first floor landing,guests will find an array of toys and games to keep any little ones occupied,and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double and the second bedroom is ideal for either a couple or young family as it has a double bed and a further two single beds. Completing the cottage is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. For those who enjoy relaxing outside,the cottage offers a lovely garden which is enclosed for pet and child safety. The large patio area includes garden furniture and charcoal BBQ for guests to dine alfresco or indulge in a glass or two on a warm summers evening.
