Casa Tiburón is a three-bedroom, two-bath, modern Mexican beach house, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and fabulous views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains to the south. We're located in the quiet fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just a 20-minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The beach is our front yard, and we're just steps away from the marina, La Cruz's famous fish market, and 40+ excellent restaurants, from street taquerias to fine continental cuisine.

Casa de playa perfecta
Lovely beachfront home with stunning views of the bay and its own private pool. Enjoy spectacular views of the bay from both inside and outside of the home and from its own private pool! Step on to the beach right from your backyard! Everything is so conveniently located the beach, bay, restaurants, shops, the harbor, and farmers market are all just steps away. Nuevo Vallarta, PV and Punta Mita are also only a quick car ride away too!

What a great place and location, great beach out front, very close to the marina and the fabulous “Sunday Market”, can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend.

A Real Jewel!
So close to Puerta Vallarta, but in another world all together! A sweet village with a gorgeous marina sitting in a lovely bay. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the local flavor. Then escape to the home perched overlooking the beach to your private retreat. We enjoyed our stay at this great home full of light and charm. We will definitely be back!

About the neighbourhood
La Cruz is a small fishing village with a big heart. No need to rent a car while staying here as you can walk from the house to the marina, the fish market, local shops, restaurants, and bars. For excursions outside of the village, private cars and taxis are readily available.
