What you will love about our holiday home is the fabulous views from the terrace - sun glinting off the cliffs in the morning, and sparkling in the sea during the day and then, light fading and the day ending with spectacular sunsets!
Inside you will find a clean well maintained home comprising double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, full bathroom, lounge diner leading to terrace, and separate small kitchen. We have owned the property for more than thirty years and have maintained and improved it to include air con, and reliable internet and TV reception. The apartment is looked after a professional management company.
Within walking distance is a sandy beach, stoney coves for snorkelling, supermarkets, and restaurants. The nearest restaurant has one of the highest rankings on trip...

Great stay in our favourite place
Wonderful apartment with some of the best views of Cala Tirant bay. Well stocked with kitchen and beach gear. Platges de Fornells is our favourite place to stay on the island. Not too busy even in August. Easy and fast communication with Victoria, would stay again.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely spot
An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment with fantastic sea views in a quiet spot but within easy walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The swimming pool was also lovely for cooling off. Can recommend Bar Okapi for food and cocktails and is less than 5 minutes walk away. Nearby Fornells was lovely to visit especially in an evening and we enjoyed meals at Sa Nansa. We had a fantastic holiday here and will certainly return.

Apartamento ideal cerca de la playa y con muchos recursos
Hemos estado super a gusto en el alojamiento, muy cerca de todo, con una terracita para ver el atardecer. Muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y que no te falte nada.
¡¡¡¡¡Volveremos seguro!!!!!

No le falta detalle y las vistas q tienen a la playa espectaculares se ve el atardecer

Un apartament molt maco amb una excel·lent vista a la cala Tirant i al far de Cavalleria. L'apartament està ben equipat i ben decorat. La propietària, Victòria, ha estat molt amable amb nosaltres. Hem estat molt be. Molt recomenable
A very nice apartment with an excellent view of the Tirant cove and the Cavalleria lighthouse. The apartment is well equipped and well decorated. The owner, Victoria, has been very kind to us. We have been very well. Highly recommended

About the neighbourhood
Fornells was once a small fishing village on the north coast. It nestles in an almost landlocked bay. It has grown into a small holiday village with only low rise accommodation. It has an attractive pedestrianised centre, many restaurants, and facilities for sailing, paddle-boarding and diving.
Playas de Fornells is on the next bay to the west. There is a wide sandy beach within a short walk from the apartment. It is a low rise urbanisation with three hotels and private villas. There is a supermarket near the beach, and a choice of 4 restaurants within walking distance.
Getting around
There is a local bus from Playas do Fornells which goes round the north east resorts to Mahon. For Cuidadella, you have to change in Mercadel. The best way to explore the island is by car.

You will arrive either by plane or by ferry from the mainland.
Both the airport and the ferry port are within 30 minutes drive.
You will find the roads on Menorca are well maintained, and a pleasure to drive on. No Motorways!
