The beach is just a 4 minute walk with no roads to cross! Great way to spend the evening; wine & BBQ
Bembridge Lifeboat Station is about a 10 to 15 mins walk away along the beach: great ice cream shop!
The annual Bembridge Fort Walk is done usually in late July early August; you will get wet.
A game of cricket on the beautiful Priory Bay Beach; a short trip in a boat or a short drive & walk
Watch the weekly lifeboat launch from inside the lifeboat station. Check which day and time.
Kayaking in the harbour - about a 15 min walk away

55 Meadow Drive is situated in a quiet residential area in the heart of the lovely seaside village of Bembridge just off Swains Road; the house is a 4 minute walk to the beach via a footpath (no roads to cross!), a 5 minute walk to the village centre and all the amenities, and a 15 minute walk to Bembridge Harbour. The house is a bungalow but does have some steps to access the property.

The house is a fully refurbished and modernised bungalow with three bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There are three bedrooms: one kingsize with an ensuite shower, a twin room and then a double bedroom with its own cloakroom (basin and toilet). There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath off the main hallway. The third bedroom does have a low ceiling.
