There are two bedrooms in the property, made up of a 4' double and a twin room, served by a shower room and sleeping a total of four people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The property benefits from allocated off-road parking for one car and shared gardens with seating. Valhalla is the perfect choice for a couple's escape or family holiday to the seaside.

Avoid at all costs
We knew this was going to be basic but we wouldn't have driven the 7 hours had we known just how awful this apartment was. Upon arrival we entered the property to find all 3 beds not made up, with crumpled sheets and looking like they had been slept in complete with body hairs. If this wasn't bad enough the bathroom was dusty with unexplained hairs in the toilet and shower too. We called the owner straight away who admitted he had slept there the week before with his brother but it was ok as they had put sheets down over our duvets so our sheets were effectively clean!!! In addition there was only one cold water tap in the bathroom so we couldn't wash our hands properly all week. In light of the world wide pandemic we were expecting the place to be spotless but it was far from that. A hugely disappointing week which had been booked as a relaxing week away which turned out to be highly stressful needless to say we were all pleased to be back in the comfort of our clean home. Dont waste your money.

Thank you for your feedback comments which we take very seriously. Your comments and scores are very out of character for the property and we are very sorry that you were not happy. You alerted me by phone as to the situation at 12:15pm and immediately, I sent for my cleaner to rectify matters. For future reference please note that the check-in time of 3pm is specifically to allow time for the cleaner to gain access and prepare the apartment for new guests in time for their arrival - fresh bedding, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, every room vacuumed and everything as one would expect. One thing the cleaner did alert me to was that you were a party of five whereas the apartment is advertised as only sleeping four. For future reference please book an apartment that caters for the correct number of guests in your party in order to avoid disappointment and frustration. These points are especially important at the moment due to government guidelines on the Covid virus. I trust you were otherwise able to enjoy the well-equipped apartment and the beautiful surrounding areas of Carbis Bay and beyond. Regards, the owners.
