THE PROPERTY
The property is located on the lower part of Carmenes Del Mar Urbanisation, less than 20 minutes walk 5 minutes drive into the village and bay of La Herradura. With wonderful sea and mountain views, and it has lots of outside space. The property is not overlooked.
The house is on three levels.
Enter the property via a private patio with dining table and chairs. This has a view on to the national park area, ideal to spot a Cabra Montés while eating breakfast in the shade or an evening drink in the early evening sun. Inside on this level there are two bedrooms, with sea and mountain views, and a bathroom, the double bedroom has a small balcony. Spectacular views over the lovely blue Med from this beautifully presented home. Extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
