Casa Shalimar is a beautiful villa on the rocks of the sea with stunning views, especially at sunset.
The house is perfect as an artists/writers retreat,
Casa Shalimar is decorated in an eclectic, shabby-chic style.
The house has been designed to be a comfortable home, not a show home... .
There are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, pool table and infinity pool to enjoy.

Park at the top and wind your way down the many steps to the gates.
Open the front door and you are greeted with the feeling of being on a boat as all you can see is the Mediterranean.
Change into your costume and jump from the rocks or from the steps into the sea. Snorkel and dive in the clear sea. Its claimed that galleons from Spanish Amarda sank nearby, and many divers search the bottom for gold coins.

Celebrating a birthday with immediate family this was a perfect retreat perched on the rocks above the sea .The views were fabulous as was the attention to detail / quality of fixtures & fittings .An eclectic mix of reading material led our "Sherlock" and his team to discover the owners true past and present ! We so enjoyed our stay...

We've just returned from a week at Casa Shalimar in La Herradura. The villa is in a fantastic position on the side of a cliff overlooking a beautiful bay. The views from the gorgeous terrace are stunning. The terrace is one of the best features of the villa because is it shady with lovely comfortable cushions to lounge on and...

Seldom does a holiday home exceed expectations on so many levels. Casa Shalimar is a substantial and beautiful home, unpretentious and well lived in, with all the amenities. Located in a lovely residential area just above town, the house is perched atop a rock outcropping and front row seaside. There is no direct access by car, but off street parking...

The village has many bars and restaurants which are all within walking distance to the house..<BR>You can stroll down to the village and buy all you produce totally fresh from the food market in the centre.
