About the neighbourhood
The cottage sits at 1,400m along a 2km track in the Natural Park in Andalucia, with spectacular views of the mountains, valleys, and the sea. The local village of Laroles is a 10 minute drive, or 30 minutes on foot. The GR7, the famous walking trail is close by, enabling keen walkers to take the trail West or East. Wildlife is abundant with a pair of eagles who live near the cortijo. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, with tapas being a free offering with drinks.
Getting around
Travelling by car is a necessity, although buses do offer trips to Granada on a weekly basis.
