We really enjoyed this holiday gite. We stayed in gite number 5. It has capacity to sleep 9 but we were a family of five. There was also a sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed on the landing.
The gite was in a converted farm outbuilding consisting of several other Gites. There was a little front garden for each gite and also a communal place with a pétanque court and grassy area. There was also a communal outbuilding which had a barbecue and sun loungers in. Also a swallows nest of baby swallows!
The gite has been renovated to a high standard, but smelled slightly damp on arrival but we didn't notice this as we got settled in, I think it had been empty for some of August and is part of the beauty of staying in an old building.
The kitchen was well equipped with a fancy induction hob and large oven, dishwasher and lots of crockery and glassware, cooking pans etc. large fridge with small but adequate freezer compartment.
The only thing about gite 5, despite...
