The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with breakfast bar, there is a side door which leads out to the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area; the dining area easily seats 10 people and there are several lounge areas to choose from, including a large cinema room on the lower floor where you will also find a laundry room. The property is neither overlooked nor has any obstructed views. There is a long infinity pool bordered and shaded to one side by trees; to the other side of the pool is a perfectly placed sun terrace offering a superb panoramic view of the landscape and the Mediterranean sea. There are several outdoor chill-out areas set amongst the well-tended lawns, as well as an outdoor dining and kitchen area with BBQ. Housekeeping 5 hours daily cleaning (excluding Sundays).
