Detailed description of "Nid Ô Grives" (1610sqf) : On the ground floor: - An entrance hall - A dining room under a vaulted ceiling with a dining table with extension that can accommodate up to 16 people with direct access to the garden - A spacious independent kitchen fully equipped with central kitchen furniture (induction cooker, oven, microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, glassware...) and direct access to the garden - A friendly living room with connected TV - The bar area, between living room and dining room, will ensure good times - An independent toilet On the 1st floor: - Bedroom n°1 - Suite Le Semnoz : 2 single beds of 90x200cm with ensuite shower room with WC, cupboards and a balcony. - Bedroom n°2 - Suite Lanfon : 1 queensize bed 160x200cm with storage cupboards, non functional fireplace and an access to the balcony shared with the room n°3, beautiful view on the mountains ! - Bedroom n°3 - Suite Lanfonnet : children's room with 3 single beds 80x190 with access to the balcony shared with room n°2, - Shower room with WC, shared between room n°2 and n°3 with double access. On the 2nd floor: - Cinema room with real cinema seats from the famous Parisian Salle Pleyel XXL TV and HIFI system, DVD player; mezzanine with extra beds Outsides: - A courtyard with a large table for the outdoor summer meals that we love so much, sheltered from the heat or the rain sometimes... and a garden lounge - Patio with outdoor lounge, to enjoy evening sun, - On the dining room and kitchen side, a garden offering outstanding moutains view, breakfast table to enjoy rising sun, deck chairs out of sight for sunbathers! It can accommodate up to 14 people. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor will be opened.
