This is a lovely 3 bedroom chalet, set back from the road and hence very safe for children, or pets, as they cannot run out onto a road. Family friendly home, set in lovely mature gardens with a communal pool shared by only 22 neighbours, yet only 4 min walk to the beach and walking distance into town. Complete with all modern facilities, inc Fibre Optic internet. The house has 3 double bedrooms, with one bedroom has a connecting door, so the second bedroom can serve as a study. The main bedroom has air-conditioning. Lounge and al bedrroms have ceiling ventilators. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has two bathrooms, one en-suite. A small private garden, together with communal gardens and pool make this a very desirable house. Barbeques are permitted.
