Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Relaxing Little Hideaway
We visited for 4 nights in August with our grandson. Great location, peaceful, pleasant location with many adventures for our grandson and lots of wildlife including rabbits, owls and bats. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Pod was spotless and well equipped. Little extras like the welcoming bottle of Prosecco, chocolate biscuits, milk and even shower gel made a great impression. Would highly recommend this beautiful retreat.

Cute little find
Stayed here over valentines weekend. Stayed in the bunny pod, the hot tub was amazing. I've been on a few lodge stays and this was far the best! When we arrived there was even a bottle of fizz and some treats, which was such a nice touch. The owner is so nice and friendly too! We went to the deep though the day which was about 25mins away, then beverley on the night. Both super easy to get to. The pod is really clean and has everything you need. We brought our own bedding and you'll need towels that's all you need.

Absolutely amazing!
Well were do we start! We have never glamped before so didn't know what to expect at all! When we got there we were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to the Bunny pod! We were so surprised! It was beautiful! Perfect condition - it had more than enough space! It had all the extras like showed gels - handwash - kitchen roll - milk! Tea coffee and then we was greeted with a bottle of bubbly! The people who own it are just so welcoming and friendly! We had a fire pit and bbq for 2 nights and it even had kids toys on the porch!! My 7 year old was so happy and it really was something we can do as a family! I could write all day about this place we cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone!! Thank you again so much for a perfect family weekend xxx

Peaceful and relaxing short break
We were after a peaceful break away with our 18 month old and this was perfect. The Pod was brill, well equipped, surprisingly well sized and different to pods we've stayed in previously as had shower, toilet, microwave. Good value for money. Friendly arrival with the addition of a bottle of prosecco, milk, tea etc. A nice touch. We ate bbqs the whole 2 days and it worked so well. We played games that were provided which is a great touch and added to the relaxation. We took a trip out but we mainly used it as a little home away from home for a couple of days. We will definitely be back very soon when we next need an escape. Thank you very much.

A World Apart
We arrived at around 3pm on Monday the 22nd July. We were met in the car park by the owners who were lovely. We were staying in the Badger pod and upon entering we were greeted by an immaculately finished cabin, a bottle of bubbly and a box of Malteasers. Within the cabin there was a large double bed, a sofa bed, and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom included a toilet, shower and sink. With hand wash, hand towel and 3 rolls of toilet tissue. A pedal bin, a radiator, and a large mirror with LED lights. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. In the cupboard we found knives, forks, spoons, chopping board, cups, mugs, wine glasses, bowls, plates and even BBQ utensils. We also found tin foil, cellophane, a tea towel, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, tea and coffee. The mini fridge, ready stocked with milk I might add, had a small compartment freezer. Not big enough for anything substantial but great for ice cubes & ice pops. Other things included that we were thrilled about. A TV, WiFi, built in USB chargers, and a BBQ outside. We also noticed a first aid box and a dustpan and brush, they really have included loads of things to help you enjoy your stay. Things not included: Bedding, towels - that’s it. You literally need to bring bedding and towels and you’re all set 👍🏻 We spent the first few hours unpacking the essentials and entertaining our two year old. Then we fired up the BBQ and enjoyed a burger or two. After our food had settled we played swing ball and archery that the owners had been kind enough to leave outside for us to play with resulting in a very tired child (phew). After putting her to bed we made a fire in the fire pit outside and had a much needed cup of tea. As a side note, take trainers for the campsite, the gravel paths are not conducive to sandal wearing as I discovered the hard way. After putting the child back to bed for the third time and bed swapping a few times we all fell asleep. I woke up a few times in the night but that was more due to hayfever, the heat and sharing a bed with an excited 2 year old. The bed was lovely and comfy, as was the sofa bed if you prefer a slightly firmer mattress. The cabin gets hot pretty quickly on a night and we weren’t quite brave enough to sleep with the doors open. We were less concerned with what creatures would join us in the cabin but more so about the havoc our two year old would inflict on nature if she escaped. In any case it’s hot so I’d recommend you take a fan. Another tip is always check the toilet seat before you sit down. The rest of the cabin remained relatively bug free, but somehow earwigs kept making it into the bathroom. The one I went up against had some pretty incredible stealth skills, and had no qualms about fighting dirty. Let’s just say I found out the hard way that they do indeed bite, who knew 🤷🏻‍♀️. We were up early the next morning to the beautiful sounds of nature, the birds chirping, the wind rustling through the leaves and a mischievous squirrel dancing on the top of the cabin 😂. There isn’t much within walking distance so instead on the 2nd day we drove to Hull which was only a half an hour away. The sun was glorious when we returned to camp reaching a high of almost 30 degrees. If you are coming in high heat weather I would definitely recommend you bring a parasol as there isn’t any shade on site. We had an amazing thunderstorm on the second night, thankfully the baby slept through it entirely but we enjoyed the show. The sound of the rain on the roof was very relaxing. The next morning the dancing squirrel returned to provide us with an encore, this time we had a spritely rendition of the river dance. He also invited along a small friend, a tiny bird that hopped in through the front door, took one look at us and flew straight back out again. Must not have like the look of us. In all we had a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend Little Wold Away Glamping site. It’s a lovely way to enjoy nature whilst indulging in the creature comforts we are all accustomed to. Thank you very much for our lovely stay.

Perfect!!
An amazing experience, the pod was very clean and had everything we needed for breakfast and BBQ so we didn't need to bring much. Bed and sofa were very comfy. John (the owner) was very friendly and he helped us set the fire and BBQ. It's an excellent choice if you are looking to get away from the city and just enjoy a bit of quietness or if you are looking to have a romantic weekend. I've already retuned again two weeks after my first stay. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Amazing Stay
We absolutely loved our stay, the pods are perfect and have everything we needed, we even had some complimentary nibbles on arrival, very spacious and both beds were very comfy. TV and WIFI was great, fast flowing and very warm water, and the pod was more than warm enough on a December cold evening. We were the only one staying that evening so it was lovely and quiet. The area is well lit up and it even had a Christmas tree. Parking was great and very easy to find, with local pubs only a few minutes drive away. The owner was lovely and very welcoming and even helped us with our stuff on arrival in the dark and rainy weather. Will most definitely stay again, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

excellent stay
Family stay two adults and two children in Bunny pod I normally list good and bad points in my reviews but we couldnt think of anything to improve on. location is excellent, lovely grounds, space for the kids to play. Pods have everything you need shower, toilet etc nice size double bed and the sofa bed easy to assemble and good size for two young children. Bottle of prosecco, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk upon arrival. We paid the extra £20 for bedding to save on space in car, this includes towels. We arrived late the first night so just brought a party tea for the kids. second night purchased the on site fire/bbq packs. Well worth it, brick bbq and fire pit outisde pods are ideal. More than enough in the packs for two nights. Couple of outdoor games at the pod-we had great fun playing badminton. Wish we had booked for longer, thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.
