Ideal location to discover the Basque Country. The temperatures are usually mild. An ideal climate for those who want to flee the sweltering heat.
New elevators put in since January 2017 and that modified the terrace.
Kitchen-living room of 26 m² with a balcony and: washing machine, vitrocerámica cooker, smoke extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, juicer, blender and iron.
There´s also a LCD television 26”, Dvd, Hi-Fi mini-chain (radio, Cd and cassettes) and calendar/thermometer. Access to internet ADSL 10 Mb and wifi, smoke alarm as well. Heating and hot water by natural gaz with a wireless programmer.

This apartment in the charming village of Deba was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped, the bathroom clean and spacious and we all loved the red leather couch. The plastic sheeting on beds is to protect them, specially from children. As often I don´t know the composition of the group of guests, you make me think of asking for this info before...

Good location,especially if you come by train as we did.well equipped close to town centre & beach. There are quite a few stairs to get to the flat, which is not so good with luggage,but lifts are being installed, so won't be an issue shortly

Joxean is a wonderful host and has plenty of sightseeing information about the area (including train timetables etc). He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We found the apartment was ideal for 4 adults and 1 toddler - had everything we needed including bucket and spade for the beach. We also found parking two cars nearby relatively easy.

ATTENTION - These rates are for an occupancy of up to 2 people. Add €12 per night for each additional guest. To make you feel really on holidays the owner will contract the end cleaning for an additional €60. Payment as scheduled.

Booking deposit: This deposit, which is usually €150, guarantees your booking and it will be kept by FLIPKEY until 7 days after check-out. If there is no damage it will be refunded to you.

The standard offer is for complete weeks from Saturday (15:00) to Saturday (11:00), in the summertime. Also during the rest of the year, weekends (2 nights-Fr-Sa) and short stays are available with a minimum of 3 continuous nights.

Please ask the owner for availability, telling him how many people you would be and specifying your dates, to know the price. All charges, except the end cleaning, are included in the rental price; also bed linen, towels and tea towels are included, Internet wi-fi as well.
