The home has three bedrooms, a shower room, and two toilets. The main upstairs bedroom has a sumptuous roll top bath that guests are more than welcome to enjoy. The downstairs living area also includes a double sofa bed. The house has high-speed fiber optic broadband and the Wi-Fi signal reaches across the whole house and into some of the garden. There is a travel cot and high chair available.

There is ample off street parking that will easily fit three cars. The garden has a right of way access to neighboring gardens.

A lovely, well equipped house with a beautiful garden. The host was really helpful and provided everything requested for our stay. The bath in the master bedroom was a real treat after a long day on the beach! Thank you for a great stay.

About the neighbourhood
The village of Thorpe Le Soken has the unrivaled pleasure of having three pubs and three restaurants all in close proximity of each other. The village also has a local take away and importantly a small Tesco supermarket that is well stocked and open till late. The village is served by a train station that provides direct links to London, Colchester and Chelmsford. It also allows access to Frinton on Sea, Clacton on Sea and Walton on the Naze. Within the village is the highly rated Lifehouse Spa, where individual treatments and day passes can be purchased. Close by is Frinton on Sea's blue flag sandy beach which also boasts a busy high street with an array of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants. There are numerous footpaths around the
Getting around
Most amenities such as the pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. As well as the local train station serving the area and beyond, there are buses that provide access to other villages and towns. Driving is probably the easiest option in terms of getting around and exploring. This would allow you to visit the coast and surrounding areas, such as the stunning Dedham Vale which is approx 25mins away.
