You can dine in style, even to your own music, using the iPod docking station provided. The sitting room, double height hallway and dining room are open plan and connected by arched doorways. The three double bedrooms are light and airy; the main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and washbasin. The large bathroom has a gorgeous roll-top bath as well as a large, separate shower. Next to it is a separate WC . Enclosed and completely private mature gardens, that are not overlooked, allow you to soak up the sun or relax in the shade of the pergola for the full length of the day. Lavender, rosemary and thyme all thrive around the original stone well. There is also a stone barbecue and ample secure parking for two cars. Cool off in the recently renovated pool and then chill out with your book on the luxurious sun loungers, complete with individual mattresses and cushions. A stay at Le Mas du Bourrelier will feel like owning your own little bit of heaven in the heart of Provence's, Cotes du Rhone wine-growing region. Cairanne is only two minutes away and, aside from the medieval old hilltop village, it has a baker, butcher, newsagent, bar and fabulous bistro. Just another five minutes drive and you reach Sainte-Cecile-les-Vignes, a pretty, larger village with its own market, plenty shops and two excellent small supermarkets. Meanwhile, the popular, ancient Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine with its famous Tuesday market is a stunning,15 minute drive away. Other famous Provencal towns such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and the seaside are easily reachable. Mont Ventoux is also not far away. Stepping out of the french windows, you access the terrace and the pool, which is also right by the house. The 8x4 pool has an alarm and solar-heated poolside shower. There are 6 sun beds as well as outdoor dining furniture for 6 people. From the garden there are splendid views of Gigondas and Les Dentelles de Montmirail - our local mountains. They look great all the time but sometimes at sunset they are breathtaking. This property is an ideal combination of great location, usable outdoor space and stylish, comfortable interior. More

About the neighbourhood
The house is located in Cairanne, which is one of the 14 or so Cotes du Rhone Villages, making its wine one of the better quality Cotes du Rhone. For real aficionados, Gigondas and Chateauneuf du Pape are close by (Gigondas can actually be seen from the garden). Within ten minutes you can drive to numerous caves to enjoy a tasting and a 2 minute walk takes you to our next door wine domaine, Berthet Rayne, where the owner, Andre will arrange a personal tasting session for you - don't miss his white wine! Cairanne is in the Vaucluse, with a beautiful landscape made up of rolling hills and small mountains that make for some breathtaking views. Our local mountains, the Dentelles de Montmirail are visible from the garden and make for some lovely walks or stunning drives. Around almost every ...
