After a long day of sun and beach, or by the pool, or maybe making some excursion to any charming point of the island, there is nothing like coming back home and prepare delicious grilled vegetables and meat on the gas barbecue that you can enjoy at the beautiful glass table under the pergola or at the porch by the BBQ. At nightfall, the best plan is to enjoy a glass of wine on the exterior sofa and armchairs and admire the Mallorcan starry sky. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around so privacy is not total. This one storey house is characterised by a traditional style emanating from the wooden beams and rustic furniture. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas where you can sit and watch the satellite TV channels. Then the dining area with room for 6 people. The rustic kitchen is independent and it offers everything you can need during your vacation: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,.. as well as a helpful table with 4 chairs in order to cook with company. It is also the perfect place for the coldest days thanks to the warmth of the fireplace. The house features 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed each and one has two twin beds, all of them with a wardrobe and AC. One also counts with an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. You will also find a shower bathroom outside for your major comfort. The property also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. And, of course, we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. The property is in between the towns of Manacor and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in a rural and quiet environment where you can disconnect from your daily routine. Sant Llorenç is the nearest one and it offers all the basic services for an independent stay. Then, Manacor is only 6.5 km away from the property and it has a wider offer of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is that of sa Coma, only 14 km away from the house. It features an extensive fine and white sandy area and turquoise waters. But you also can visit other nearby beaches like Cala Millor, s'Illot and Cala Morlanda. If you are travelling with children you can vist the interesting Safari Zoo, and the nearest golf course is Pula golf, at a reasonable distance. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
