This is a beautiful villa located in fantastic viewpoint in Selva. It is modern, comfortable and surrounded by a stunning landscape. It has 250 m2 and capacity for 6 people. The house is at the top of a hill so you can enjoy spectacular views from anywhere. From the house you will be able to see a panoramic view to Serra de Tramuntana that was recently awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, juice maker, fridge, blender, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine and table with chairs for your daily meals. There is washing machine, iron and board as well. There is a living room with two comfortable sofas and armchairs which is the perfect place to watch satellite TV, watch a DVD, surf the Internet or just rest by the fire during the coldest nights of the year. The dining area is connected to the living room and it has a big table with chairs. From the living room and the kitchen you can access the porch and the terrace/pool area. At the porch you will find tables with chairs for your summer meals. There is a BBQ as well, so do not hesitate to organize a day outdoors enjoying to good climate of the island. The big pool is especially located to be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape while swimming. It is surrounded by a big terrace with sun lounges and sun umbrellas where you can relax having a drink with your family and friends. At the patio there is space to park at least three cars. Please mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the villa is perfect. A short drive will take you to Inca, Selva, Campanet or Moscari, where you will be able to find everything you might need: local market, shopping center, bars, restaurants or museums). On the other hand, you will be able to enjoy the countryside. From there you can take lots of mountain paths for a walk or a relaxing ride with a bike. Close by you will find the wonderful beaches of Port d’Alcudia, Platges de Muro or Port de Pollença, which are just 20 minutes drive. In this villa you will be able to enjoy your holiday in an idyllic place of the island which will make you have an unforgettable experience.
