The cottage is tucked away in a quiet lane off the village square.
The open plan lounge, with original beams, & solid oak staircase.
The kitchen was completely re-fitted in 2013.
The SMEG fridge-freezer has oodles of space for your BBQ fare, & drinks rack too!
The bright and fresh master bedroom.
Snuggle into the king size bed (5ft) with crisp Egyptian cotton linen.
Two spacious single bedrooms, (solid oak 'ledge & brace' doors lead into each room)
The second single bedroom (n.b. there are wardrobes in all bedrooms).
The west facing conservatory is perfect for afternoon cream tea.
Private courtyard garden to rear of cottage ideal for BBQ's. Church bells on Sunday mornings too!

The pretty courtyard garden enjoys the afternoon sun.
The window seat is a cosy spot to watch the horse riders go by.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower over bath, shaver socket, & heated towel rail.
Meet the resident duck family x.
A double-sized powerful shower downstairs (not power shower but direct from boiler)
The cottage is close to a 15th century church, with the highest bell tower in Cornwall!
A farm shop with home-made pasties & cafe with Aga baked cakes on the doorstep
Portholland, one of many sandy beaches in the area, with wonderful rock pools too!
Full selection of local maps & guides to ensure you make the most of every moment!
Little extras await your arrival e.g. teas, coffee, milk, and a scrummy surprise too.
Our summer flower baskets at the front of the cottage are a feast of colour!

We had a lovely stay! The cottage is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard to meet all our needs.Thankyou Lucy for a spotless cottage,the helpful information and the wonderful cream tea and heart shaped biscuits,perfect for our arrival on Valentine's Day! My daughter & two year old granddaughter stayed too so the games were very much appreciated.

Gorgeous cream tea awaiting our arrival and a thoughtful pint of milk in the fridge. The cottage was beautifully decorated, really clean and very comfortable. Ideal location from which to explore Cornwall, yet away from the crowds with great local amenities. Would highly recommend!

So lovely that I don't want to let other people know about it! The title says it all really but when you add the friendliness of the village, the lovely cream tea welcome and the great food available within minutes of the front door then you have a winning combination. Housekeeper Lucy's care and attention to detail means nothing to...

Short breaks available (apart from summer, peak season and other school holidays), minimum 3 nights (minimum £300 per stay). Short breaks are priced as 3 nights Friday arrival or 4 nights Monday arrival @ 70% of weekly rate (i.e. one night free for short-breaks commencing on Mondays). 4 nights @ 80% of weekly rate. 5 nights @ 90% of weekly rate. Thereafter full rate.

We discount our prices by 10% for last minute bookings 28 days prior to holiday start date (discounted prices are shown).

For couples, we offer the option of a £20 discount if they require only the master bedroom (no linen/towels are supplied for the single beds; this option only available for 2 adult guests in-residence i.e. without baby/travel cot; £285 minimum per stay still applies).

For reservations made more than 45 days in advance, a deposit of 30% is required; full payment required 45 days prior to the holiday start date. For reservations made less than 45 days in advance of the holiday date, full payment is...
