This 4400 Sq Ft chalet-style family villa in Kasauli is a bungalow of your dreams. This luxurious vacation home comes along with a home-cook and a home-keeper, who are there to pamper you with delicious home-cooked meals. The expansive living room in this hilltop house is furnished with plush and luxurious furniture & is built around a free-standing stone fireplace and also includes a private Pool table for your group to have in-house tournaments on!
The large glazed windows that look out to the hills give a beautiful view of the sunset along with giving you a clear spec of the Kasauli lights at night time. The elegant dining room with a six-seater dining table has double French doors that open up to the living room.

Best Homestay
Excellent & Amazing are the 2 words that resonate first with our experience, when I have to share my review about Mistair Estate (Kasauli) & their entire Team. We were there last weekend as a Family Group of 22, which did include some of family members from US and we wanted to pick a place which could suit everyone's preferences of a memorable family stay, and nothing could come close to Mistair Estate. The Property is very well maintained, what you see in the Pictures is there on the ground as well. The Staff at the property is no less than a 5 Star Rated property, given how they make each guest so comfortable always with a broad smile.
The welcoming experience started reflected early on in conversations with Mam Karuna, who was so comforting and accommodating in everything that we requested for and the professional demeanour across the stay was simply awesome. It’s not only about having guests checked-in, but staying on top of ensuring how guests are feeling at the property, that’s what made this even more outstanding. Top-Notch Management!!
At the property Mr. Dhan Lal ensured that every Guest request is taken care of, Chef - Mr Umakant & Mr Sarwan are exemplary in their fields and their culinary skills were very good. The Food was very much to our taste and the spread selection was as per our preferences. We had small kids, elderly people, young one’s and guests flying in from US, and our experience across all was so well managed, which is hard to find at any of the Star Rated Hotels. The Team of 8 at the property is amazingly fast to manage everything that’s need for a memorable stay.
The trip ended saying “when can we come back to this place again”, as no-one had any doubts on anything rather the experience here cannot be matched by any other stay. Perfect Place for a Family Vacation !!

Worst Experience Ever - Don't Book
The booking team of this Villa are very unprofessional. I booked this place for 3 nights in March 2022 and got confirmation regarding my booking. We had a friends vacation get together and we paid them 50% advance too, When we were ready to pay them balance a week before, they cancel my booking saying that there is some system issue first and then saying villa maintainenance issues.
This is just horrible & pathetic!
I am sure that someone else contacted them for a same dates & it must a more profitable sit was weekend & summer vacations too ; hence they simply cancelled my booking for extra money. This behaviour is really unprofessional & its cheating with us as we were very excited for this vacation. They refunded the money but then we have to book other place at higher prices. It was very bad experience. The villa must be good but management is worst. Please don't book with them else you will also be cheated.

Lovely stay at kasuli property
We were a group of 28 ppl including kids and we had such a lovely time with v are family at there kasuli property.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Amazing barbecue and bonfire arranged by them. Overall a great experience
Thankyou to the entire team for making a memorable experience.

Wonderful family Vacation
Had a wonderful experience at this Kasauli family resort home.Nice ambiance,friendly staff,excellent food and A sun drenched Lawn to relax in- Here some for the highlights.
A bonfire at night and good sound system were the icing on the cake.
We will definitely go to other propertied of "V" are family.One of finest stays ever had.Would recommend to any one and every body.

Most memorable vacation
Went with a large group of friends, 5 families, all with small kids.
The property is excellent and very well maintained. Kids friendly with lots of open spaces.
The staff was extremely helpful and supported us in every way possible.
The chef is a really good cook and we were delighted with his food. He also accommodated all our requirements.
Property manager Mrs. Karuna was a super star. She was always present and helped us a lot.
Overall one of the most memorable vacations we have had till date.

Luxurious Hospitality
Over the last 2-3 years, we as a family have made it an annual ritual to get together and take a small vacation. The criteria to shortlist the destination for such vacations are simple- pleasant weather, comfortable stay, nice hospitality and most importantly- good food. After spending two days here, i can vouch that Mistair offers all of this to make one’s vacation a memorable one. The property is well maintained with big comfortable rooms and a beautiful garden. The staff is very hospitable, attentive and courteous and the food served was as per everyone’s liking. Karuna ji, the manager took care of all our dietary requirements and all the comforts. All in all, we had a memorable family vacation- thanks to Mistair. Highly recommended.

escape to wilderness
Based in Delhi NCR, we look forward to serene and calm places to rejuvenate ourselves. And Mistair was the right place. Packed with friends, we were 7 families,and our gang of children we had a amazing time at the place.
Located at an altitude, the view from the villa is breathtaking.
we had organised a bonfire for the first night with barbecue, quite a spread (the cook had done a remarkable job), but, the experience was such that we ended up with a bonfire every night!
The villa has its own cook, and you let them know what you had like to eat. The chef has specialized in biryani, thai and probably everything. The staff , were cordial even at serving us tea around 1 am. Great job!
The trek, we had a guide organised by Ms.Karuna, the host there, was truly amazing. The kids were super happy to have a picnic, in the midst of pine trees and the wilderness.The food was prepared by the chef and Ms.Karuna, ensured that we had helps, so that the fun time does not get interrupted.

So everything is customised. Looking forward to one more such holiday trip...

Rejuvinated
Loved the hospitality accomodating staff dosent know how to say No to anything, well well managed and polished.
The USP of the stay was the food, all the meals very mildly and appropriatley cooked , always on time.
The rooms, the space is very comfy, clean and bright.
Nothing negative about the stay which is the biggest positive.
Totally loved the stay, would highly recommend and would like to come back again.
