About the neighbourhood
Defford is a village on the edge of Bredon Hill and it’s renowned for its agriculture, specialising in asparagus and fruit. The village boasts an award winning farm shop selling local high-quality produce, a garage and two pubs, which have established a reputation for good food. The village is situated off a main road, equidistant to Pershore and Upton-upon-Severn by about three to four miles. Both small towns are very popular with tourists and have a holiday atmosphere, with a range of activities, including a cinema, art gallery, theatre, boat trips and a range of good quality restaurants.
Getting around
The property is best reached by car as it is in a village. There is however a train station in Pershore, 7km away, which has a train line connecting to all major cities in the UK.
