This detached villa will help to make your dream holiday a perfect memory. The gated accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/shower rooms which sleeps 8. There are additional 2 rooms in the underbuilt which can sleep 4 more people. The roof terrace has stunning views of El Honda nature reserve and the impressive mountain range of the Sierra de Crevillente , where you can sit and watch the sun rising in the morning or setting at dusk. The villa has been beautifully furnished, the lounge offering LCD satellite television with English Channels. There is a local market on Thursday.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in September 2011. This is a really spacious villa. Well equipped and in a nice position with open views over the nature reserve. The kitchen is very well squipped and quite spacious. Plenty of sun bathing areas, and comfortably furnished inside. The neighbours (Cath and Mike from Wales) were very friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday here, and would recommed this villa. more

The villa has been furnished with a modern theme in mind.

The ground floor consists of a spacious cosy lounge/diner catering for 8-10 people seating area. The kitchen is fully fitted well equipped with facilities of a microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a comfortable twin bedded room with a washroom and shower room near by.

The first floor has 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes - master bedroom leads to a terrace. The terrace overlooks the beautiful el-honda nature reserve and the mountains in the distance. Second bedroom on the first floor also has its own terrace. There is also a fully tiled main bathroom on the first floor

The roof terrace houses an out door table, chairs with a separate door leading to the utility area with washing machine ....

The above charges are for the 3 bed villa which sleeps 6 people and 5 bed Villa which sleeps 10 people.
The changeover/cleaning charge is 60 euros (£55) for the 3 bedrrom villa (6 people).Additional 10 euros per person over the above number.

A charge of £35 per week is applicable if hot/cold air-conditioning is required.

A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure; or immediately if the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys provided our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

A discount of 10% is applicable to the rental price for all bookings of 2 weeks or more from October to March .
