THE SITUATION // The street // This accommodation is located in a private and quiet dead end, without vis-à-vis. // The neighborhood // The district is located in the residential area of Carqueiranne near the village and the sea. The beaches and the city centre are within walking distance of you in less than 10 minutes. The situation is ideal. // Conveniences // Supermarket, mini-markets, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, many restaurants, Provençal market (every Thursday). Night markets and entertainment at the port or in the city centre during the summer. // The activities // Many walking trails on the coast and in the pine forest, boat rental, diving, kayaking, amusement park at 5 min by car, disco accessible by foot.... PARKING AND TRANSPORT Parking is in a dead end (one car maximum). The nearest bus stop is 700 metres away, and the bus line that serves the city of Carqueiranne is line 39. It allows you to go to Hyères, Le Pradet, and Toulon without a connection. ACCESIBILITY The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 1-storey building. It has an independent entrance opening onto the outside. Therefore, disabled access is not possible (see photo). BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN Household linen is provided, you do not have any sheets to bring. We are particularly fussy about the quality of the bedding. MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT // Television // Television provides access to all DTT channels. // Internet // Free Wifi connection KITCHEN EQUIPMENT The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your dishes; cooking plates, pots, pans, pans, stews, steam cookers, microwaves, refrigerator (with freezer), juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender (for smoothies and milkshakes), an oven as well as many accessories and cutlery etc... The accommodation has been classified by the Toulon Tourist Office and has been awarded 2 stars. The tourist tax applicable for this accommodation is therefore 0.99€ per adult. Children under 18 years of age and residents of the commune community are exempt from this tax. You will be asked to pay the tax on arrival if you have not paid it at the time of your reservation.
